Our Story
From concept to market leader, our journey has been driven by our passion for technology and our desire to create high-performance security that is accessible to everyone.
The origin of Finex
Finex was founded by 2 enthusiastic entrepreneurs with a great passion for technology. This made us look for new trends in the market. We created the wireless video doorbell: ideal if you want to create a safe living environment for your family or if you are not at home for a while you can always communicate with the visitor at the door.
From idea to product
Okay, so a wireless video doorbell. The next step was to investigate what was already available on the market. Often the delivery time was 1-2 weeks at these web shops. Also the response time from ringing the doorbell to communicating with the visitor is very disappointing. After a long search and an intensive test period, we ended up with our first producer. The openness they showed us was the decisive factor for us to do business with this producer.
Continuous improvement
With the start of this collaboration, the sale of our first model also began. This was the Finex video doorbell V1. We received a lot of feedback about this and were able to gauge reactions from our customers. In the meantime, we are expanding our range considerably and have released our latest model, the Finex video doorbell V2. This model is completely personalized based on what the customer expects from our product and what, according to the customer, could be improved in the previous model.

Finex was founded by two technology enthusiasts who saw an opportunity in the smart home security market. The first concepts were developed for a revolutionary video doorbell.
First product launch
After finding the right manufacturing partner, we launched our first generation video doorbell, which was praised for its elegant design and subscription-free model.
Customer feedback integration
We have collected extensive feedback and carefully recorded customer responses, using this information to refine our products and approach.
Finex V2 Introduction
Based on customer feedback, we have expanded our product range with the latest Finex V2 model, which is precisely tailored to what customers expect from our security solutions.
Direct distribution expansion
We have strengthened our partnership with Bol.com to ensure efficient delivery directly to customers, eliminate intermediaries and maintain quality control.
