Do I need a subscription?
No, with Finex you never need a subscription. Your footage is saved for free on your own SD card and viewing it back costs nothing extra.
How difficult is the installation?
Not at all. The included manual guides you step by step, so you can install your product yourself without technical knowledge. You can also view it online.
Where are my images stored?
Your images are stored locally on an SD card in your camera or doorbell, and you can view them in the FinexHome app. You can purchase an SD card separately from our accessories.
Which smart home platforms does Finex work with?
You can connect our video doorbells, cameras, and the Smart Plug to Google Home or Amazon Alexa. You can read which connections each product supports on every product page.
Do the products also work in the dark?
Yes, all our doorbells and cameras have night vision. The Security Camera Pro and Vision even show images in color at night, thanks to a built-in LED spotlight.
What type of WiFi do I need?
Every Finex doorbell and camera works on 2.4 GHz WiFi. The Video Doorbell V2, Solar Camera, One, Pro, and Vision also work on 5 GHz. The Pro can also be connected via a network cable.
Which camera or doorbell is right for me?
Want to see who's ringing the bell? Choose a video doorbell. No power outlet nearby? Opt for the Solar Camera or the Vision on battery. If you do have a power outlet, choose the One, or the Pro for 4K images. For indoor use, there's the Indoor Camera.
What about warranty and returns?
You have a 2-year warranty and 14 days of reflection period. Returning an item? Email info@finexhome.com for the return address. After we receive your return, you will get a full refund, including shipping costs. You only pay for the return shipping yourself.
