Our Story
Throughout our journey to becoming a market leader, our journey has been driven by our passion for technology and our desire to create high-performance security that is accessible to everyone.
The origin of Finex
Finex was founded by 2 enthusiastic entrepreneurs with a passion for technology. This drive led to the creation of our wireless video doorbell: ideal for improving security at home for your family or staying connected with visitors while away.
From idea to product
It all started with our wireless video doorbell. We began by researching what was already available on the market. Many online shops had delivery times of 1–2 weeks. Also, the response time from ringing the doorbell to communicating with the visitor was very disappointing. After a long search and an intensive test period, we found our first manufacturer. The openness they showed us convinced us this was the supplier for us.
Continuous improvement
Our collaboration marked the launch of our first model, the Finex Video Doorbell V1. Customer feedback from this version gave us valuable insight into what people needed, expected and felt could be improved. Since then, we have expanded our range significantly and released our latest model, the Finex Video Doorbell V2 — a completely customer-driven design built around the features people asked for and the improvements they wanted over the previous version.
