If you want to use your Video Doorbell V2 or V3 wired, the Finex Doorbell Transformer ensures a steady power supply. Thanks to the constant power supply, your doorbell always remains connected and you no longer have to worry about charging batteries. The transformer is specifically tuned to the voltage and current required by the V2.
- Choose from three output voltages: 8, 12, or 24 volts AC, with a maximum power of 8 VA. This makes the transformer suitable for various applications.
- For the Video Doorbell V2 and V3, which connect to 12 to 24 volts, the transformer provides 12 volts 0.67 amperes and at 24 volts 0.33 amperes.
- The transformer is mounted on a DIN rail in your distribution board and occupies only two module units. At 79 x 37 x 84 millimeters, it also fits in compact distribution cabinets.

Do I need a subscription?
No, with Finex you never need a subscription. Your footage is saved automatically and for free, and viewing it also costs nothing. This way, you have no monthly fees.
How difficult is the installation?
It's really not that difficult. You can do it yourself, without any technical knowledge. Everything is explained in the manual that comes in the box. You can also find it on our manual page.
Where is the footage stored?
Locally, on an SD card in your camera or doorbell. You can view your footage in the FinexHome app, wherever you are. The SD card can be ordered separately.
Which smart home platforms does Finex work with?
You can connect our doorbells, cameras, and the Smart Plug to Google Home or Amazon Alexa. Do you use another platform? Feel free to ask us.
Do the products also work in the dark?
Yes, every Finex camera and doorbell has night vision. The Security Camera Pro and Vision even show color images at night.
What type of WiFi do I need?
All our cameras and doorbells work on 2.4 GHz WiFi. The Video Doorbell V2, the Solar camera, and the Security Camera One, Pro, and Vision also support 5 GHz.
Which camera or doorbell is right for me?
For your front door, choose a video doorbell. No power outlet nearby? Opt for the Solar camera or the Vision. Do you have power? Choose the One or the 4K Pro. Indoors, use the Indoor camera.
What are the warranty and return periods?
You get a 2-year warranty on our products. After receipt, you have 14 days to reconsider. Email your return request to info@finexhome.com, and we will provide the return address. You will pay for the return shipping costs yourself.
